Canine Sharp ROBOTICS
8 Classes twice/month- 1st and 3rd Monday or Tuesday of the month
except the first September class.
Our goal with Canine Sharp Robotics is to have fun with robotics,
experience engineering concepts, and learn about physics, science
and math. The LEGO Robotics EV3 systems are provided during the
Canine Robotics classes. Students will build machines, integrate
motors and sensors, and develop software to control the robot. Each
session will begin with a problem and some background information.
Students will work in small groups to engineer a strategy and design a
robot to meet the challenge. During classes, we will promote
creativity, leadership, problem solving skills, process management,
and technical learning.
Youth of the robotics classes will be placed into 10-13yr. and 14-18yr.
groups as well as beginner and advanced (having 1 or more
semesters experience with the EV3 program).
